Committee Members will come together and share with the group their progress on goals set for the Health, Education and Civic Engagement committees.
LIF has partnered with Central CA Latina Network (CCLN) to spearhead this effort after the Status of Latinas in the San Joaquin Valley Roundtable discussion that LIF hosted in August 08 in partnership with Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) and CCLN. Committee Members are working on specific "action items" or goals in the three areas as a way to continue staying involved addressing these critical issues for Latinas.
